In fact, my oldest son (15 yrs old) loves it and says all the time how good (he loves the steaks and the stir fry)we eat. It is the baking and sweets and rubbish that I think ruins them. Limit it even more if you like but I think for kids it is the processed rubbish that is bad for them, not the odd sandwich.
