A sneak peek...

I thought I'd give you a sneak peek at my weight loss photos. I know I'm still a kg (or 700g as of this morning) away from my true weight, but I took some photos this morning to compare and I was quite horrified at how bad I looked when I started.

I'm embarrassed to show you these photos. I know I wasn't super overweight but I had really let myself go. I look pregnant and I definitely wasn't. But I'm feeling very proud of where I am right now.

I'll do a full reveal when I'm at my goal :-)
Have a lovely weekend everyone!

    1. Thanks! I will do consolidation in a paleo type of way... (if that makes sense) although I'm not giving up dairy so what do you call Paleo with dairy???? low carb?
My starting weight was 66kg or 146lbs... I'm just happy I stopped the gain then and didn't let myself get to 200lb or more, which I could have easily done if I hadn't given myself a big talking to :-)

  6. Wow... Congratulations on hitting your milestone of 53Kg.

You look fabulous and the difference is jaw-dropping.

You must feel amazing and you did it with not much exercise due to your hernia which re-affirms my thought: my problem is too much exercise is causing me a mental-disadvantage as I tend not to be so vigilant with the food as I resort to the "I can run this off tomorrow" and then I get gains.... Time I got more vigilant with my food!!

    1. I am feeling really happy. Although as usual there are still bits that I criticise, but I'll keep working on those parts :-)

Good luck with food this week. You inspire me with your running. Tomorrow I'm going to get out walking again and when I feel healed enough I'll be back into couch25k.

  8. I know you said you are petite, how tall are you? P.S. I broke through my plateau drinking loads more ice water, which helps boost the metabolism as the body tries to warm itself
