Day 63 ~ Cruise

I have a confession to make. This week I ate almost an entire packet of candy (natures candy - raisins) . . . it probably contributed to my low weight loss, but at least it was a loss, that's the way I'm deciding to look at it. I guess because I'm getting closer to my goal things slow down a lot, and the fact I haven't exercised since I got sick isn't helping.

Hubby is still in the middle of the ocean somewhere. I haven't heard from him but apparently they are safe and well (they have to radio in occasionally).

What do you guys eat after dinner when you're still hungry?

  1. Raisins are very healthy, good choice of sweet for a craving!! In Spain we have dinner quite late.. 9.30-10.00 pm and i go to bed around 11.30 so dont usually get hungry before bed.. after dinner nothing else "falls" into my mouth!! :-)

  3. I also have dinner around 5.30pm and I am usually hungry before bed. I usually have a few slices of turkey or treat myself to a tiny Dukan-friendly muffin or a cupcake... :-)

  5. My "bad time" is late afternoon - your dinner time. I usually make myself two huge mugs of coffee or tea and eat a small oat-bran muffin (Dukan friendly) with it. So I am usually stuffed by the time dinner rolls around and have very little (but run to the bathroom all night). Another cheat: a non-alcoholic low-carb beer alongside mineral water and turkey breast slices. The alongside minderal water is really important, so you fill up.
