I'm ready!


This is a photo, from my phone, of the view I've had this week while I've been out walking in the mornings. I feel like I'm ready to get into my C25k again. Starting Monday I'll keep my blog up to date with my progress. In fact I might even give my blog a facelift to celebrate :-)

I know I've said it over and over again but I really want to be a runner. So my blog facelift might emphasis that a bit more, now I'm nearly at the end of Dukan. Don't want to give up the blog so have to have a new project :-) and goal.

@SOS: water yesterday = BAD, water today = GREAT!! Thank's for checking on me and encouraging me!

It's my birthday tomorrow (26th NZ time) so I've made myself a treat. A raspberry tart thing made with all low-carb products (no wheat or sugar). I can't wait!

  3. Happy early birthday! Enjoyy that raspberry tart, really savor it. You deserve it birthday girl!

    Also, I LOVE the new blog facelift! Looking good! I think it will motivate you and push you to achieving the new phase in your personal devellopment, you know? First, lose the weight with Dukan, then become a runner, who knows where these successes will take you!

  5. YaY Zealous!!!!!!! Rrrrrruuuuunnnnnnn Zealous RUN! I am so proud of you and this blog looks great. I like the image of the runner in the top corner. Thank for being honest about you water, but I bet you that your walking and running program is gonna jack that thirst factor up sky high. I am going to try to get in 5 liters a day over this holiday weekend. It is Memorial Day Weekend here. Everyone puts stuff on the grill and has parties and get together type events. I will let you know if I am successful with upping my water intake.
