Oops sorry for the lack of posts. . . I think after a few days of cheating I felt a bit bad, but I'm back into dukaning again now and after the initial first day being quite hard, it's going well again now.
Miss Contrary I've starting using the 'couch to 5k' app on my iphone and I LOVE IT. It's making getting into running much easier than my first try (timing running on and off with my watch). This app does all the hard work for you, so basically you just do as your told and listen to music ;-) love it! I've only done 2 sessions so far. . . so I'll keep you posted as I do the remaining sessions. Make sure I'm doing them!!!!
I didn't weigh myself last weekend. I was too scared. But I will this weekend, even if it means I have to admit to a gain, perhaps it will inspire me to work a bit harder.
