Day 88 ~ Fuzzy head

Week 2, day 2 of my couch to 5k - check!

After a week of eating sugar and carbs, starting attack again has given me a fuzzy head and low energy. I know it will pass, but it makes the day go so slowly and I seem to have no energy for anything. . . My husband has joined me on Dukan for a while and he's feeling the same. He keeps ichatting me saying 'SUGAR'... so I have to explain again the evils of the white stuff.

I definitely felt energy-less with my running this morning too. . . plod, plod, plod.

Hoping for a loss again this weekend. Wish me luck. Nothing else to report.

  2. I am with you on the plod, plod, plod feeling. Although I have been doing it a week now and it is starting to either feel better or normal. But I can imagine running after eating a bagel now will feel like having a set of wings on.

  3. Congrats on your success with the running program! :) It must be tough to run during PP days -- for me, I find that carbs = energy...

  4. Totally normal ... although going back on Attack seems to feel worse the second/third etc. time around than the first! Who knows why!

  5. Remember that the feeling will pass in a couple of days and don't overdo the attack phase!! You are doing great!! Good luck to your hubby!
    I finally did my 2 days of attack and I am back to my lowest weight before my trip!! Yay us!! :0)
