I have a theory that the things you eat, don't actually show up on the scales til 2 days later. Yesterday I had no change on the scales (after my 3x protein day) yet today, I'm up 200g.... and ate really well yesterday.
What are your thoughts?

I do agree. You never know when the weight is going to show on the scale, but one thing is certain, if you do eat more than you should, it will show eventually. Also, as women we never know where the numbers on the scale come from. It could also be water retention, or who knows what else!!!
